Traci Kimball, MD

Traci Kimball was awarded the degree of Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical School in San Antonio, Texas in 2004. She has also completed General Surgery residency and a Vascular Surgery fellowship in Colorado and Utah, respectively. Traci is a physician in Colorado where she currently serves on the Member-Advisory Board of Innovacyn, Inc.
She is also the Founder & Principal Wound Management Consultant of Woundcare Initiatives & Specialty Health. Her prior experience includes that of Medical Director of Surgical Services at Kindred Healthcare of Denver and Medical Director of Woundcare Services at Kindred Healthcare of Aurora, as well as other positions in woundcare, hyperbaric medicine and general surgery. Her hospital affiliations include SkyRidge Medical Center, LoneTree, Colorado as Active Staff General Surgeon/Hyperbaric Medicine and Select Specialty Care in Denver as an Active Woundcare Surgeon.
Traci is an associate member of American College of Surgeons and is also a member of Association of Advanced Wound Care and the Wound Healing Society. She has given presentations and published several abstracts, contributed to peer-review journals in her field, and co-authored the chapter “Major Lower Extremity Amputation” in Critical Limb Ischemia. Traci is a health and wellness activist, a professional networking leader, an art and film enthusiast, enjoys mountain sports, as well as home and garden design.
